You opt in by providing your mobile number through our website, forms, scheduling tools, in-person registration, or other intake methods and affirmatively indicating consent (for example, by checking an unchecked consent checkbox or otherwise explicitly agreeing to receive text messages).

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages.

Opt-Out (STOP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You will then stop receiving texts unless you re-opt in.
